All Plan rates are in AUD and exclude GST.
There is a minimum sign-up period of 3 months. All Plans are invoiced in advance.
Monthly Plans are not refundable.
Cancellation of Plans must be received before the next billing period.

What Access Do You Require To My Site?
I require an admin login to your WordPress site, Hosting login, and Google Analytics access.
Can I Cancel My Support Plan?
Yes – there are no lock-in plans and you are free to cancel at any time before the next payment is due. Please send an email to me to request the cancellation.
Can I Change Plans At Any Time?
Of course! If you start with one plan and feel you need to upgrade or downgrade your level of support, simply send me an email before the next payment is due.
Do You Offer Extra Options For Your Plans?
In addition to discounts for one-off fixes on the Standard and Premium plans, it is possible to customise your plan to meet your specific website needs.
